Frequently Asked Questions
When can I arrive at my site and when must I depart?
Most campgrounds have your camp site ready for 2pm on arrival day and you have to leave by 2pm on your departure date. We require 2 hours to set up and take down your glamping site therefore we ask you not to arrive before 4pm on arrival day and leave by 12pm on departure day. These times are subject to change based on where you are camping and how many sites we have to set up and take down that day. We will confirm with you when you book your arrival and departure times.
What do I need to Pack?
Your clothes, food and water!
Other camping gear you should consider packing are:
- Matches for the Campfire (make sure to check out local fire ban restrictions)
- Water jug
- Kitchen cooking supplies if you didn’t include a add-on package
Is there a minimum number of nights we need to rent for?
Yes. The minimum rental period is two nights. If you would like to rent for only one night you will still be required to pay for two nights.
Are pets allowed?
We have a no pet policy in our glamping tents to maintain the cleanliness and avoid any possible allergens for all future clients.
Can I store my food in my tent?
We recommend storing all coolers and food in your vehicle to prevent animals from trying to enter your glamping tent.
How do I leave all of Nature’s Compass products when my stay is finished?
When you are finished your stay at the campsite you just put our products back how you found them. Our staff will arrive shortly to pick up and take-down all of NC’s products. All of your personal items and any garbage should be removed from our tents to avoid extra charges. Our staff are not responsible for disposing of your garbage.
